(ANSA) – ROME, AUG 1 – Atalanta have rejected a big offer from Inter Milan’s offer for their Nigeria forward Ademola Lookman, sources said on Friday.
Inter will not make another offer as the Bergamo side have made it clear that they consider 27-year-old to be “unsellable”, the sources said.
Lookman was named African Footballer of the Year in 2024 after helping Atalanta win Europa League last year, scoring a hat-trick in the 3-0 victory over Bayer Leverkusen in the final.
He helped Atalanta to finish third in Serie A last season to qualify for the Champions League. (ANSA).
